1:1 Online Therapy Sessions

One-to-one support in a safe and confidential space, online or via telephone. No one size fits all so we’ll discuss your individual needs and draw on a number of techniques using a holistic framework to help you lead a more fulfilling life.

Sessions last 50 minutes and for a full transformation, it is recommended you book a minimum of 12 sessions - although we’ll always check in at session 6, and throughout your therapy plan to see how you feel.  Once booked in, your session time will be protected weekly/bi-weekly/whatever frequency you choose. 

Price per session if self-funded: £100

Price per session if funded by private healthcare: £110 (including administration fees for invoicing).

Whether you’re a trainee or qualified psychologist, we’re here to work with you on a 1:1 supervision basis. Sessions last 1 hour where we’ll go through your current caseload, listen to your tapes, and actively guide you on what to do next so you can make sound decisions with an expert in your corner.

FAQs

  • Sometimes, it can be hard to reach out and it’s often easier to talk to a stranger (who isn’t part of your circle) rather than relatives or friends - particularly if your issues rotate around your community. A therapist will listen to you from a place of zero judgement and create space for you to look at things in a different way.

  • At present, we only offer virtual therapy via telephone or video conferencing (whichever you’d prefer). You will receive the same high-quality, tailored therapy that you would get in person.

  • Fees for a single 50 minute session start from £100. Payment is required at least 48 hours prior to the session to secure your slot. Details of how to do this will be sent to you once you’ve booked your first appointment.
