Mental Health Support for all.

Blending Psychodynamic, CBT, and Humanistic approaches.

Two hands holding a gold compass.

Maybe one or more of these resonates….

  • “I know I need help around my current situation but the support offered by the NHS doesn’t give me what I need.”

  • “There’s so many mental health support services out there, I don’t trust that they have all the right qualifications.”

  • “I get frustrated having to go through so many different psychologists and sessions to find the right one for me.”

  • “I’ve had therapy sessions in different forms for many years but I find the approach generic and not tailored to me, my life, and my personal journey”

  • “I need some help to navigate my problems but as a South Asian, I think I will only resonate with a South Asian psychologist who understands the cultural nuances.”

If this sounds like you, take a deep breath, know you’ve come to the right place, and that a brighter future awaits…

Your guiding compass in all things mental health.

Dr. Ranjot BhogalFounder & Lead practitioner

Ranjot has had her fair share of experiences in relation to her own mental health, overcoming her struggles through therapy and recognising the profound impact it can have on your quality of life when you work through your problems and heal.

Before setting up her private practice, Ranjot was working for the NHS as a high intensity practitioner but often felt restricted in the type of care she could offer. That’s why she is so focused on tailored, individual mental health support, deviating from the rigid protocols enforced within the NHS and instead blending a mix of therapies, and ensuring that those under her care feel seen, heard, understood, and truly supported.
